Avalon Rose Interactive was born out of Ricardo Spicer being a founding partner of AxS GRNTD, an interactive tech start-up agency. Avalon Rose has built upon the foundation AxG built with a focus on helping clients strategically utilize XTENDED REALITY (including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), & mixed reality (MR)). Avalon Rose Interactive in partnership with with a team of XR developers creates and curates interactive tech activations to creatively communicate brand messaging and experiential engagements for end consumers. Avalon Rose Consulting was created after founder, Ricardo J. Spicer, had to make a pivot from working for major record labels and distribution companies for nearly two decades. During this tenure, Ricardo sharpened is knowledge of the music industry (marketing/publishing/sales/radio/product/distribution), founded SweatBeatz (a music production company that has produced music for artists like Killer Mike, major motion pictures, network and cable TV, Sesame Street, Nike, Budweiser, and many many more properties), and connected artists with opportunities to enhance their careers.
